DC-637 Sole Support Input
Support - Mobile Users
The forms on our website are hard to manage on smaller devices.
It appears you’re using a browsing window that’s too narrow. We recommend having a width of at least 800 pixels.
Please consider using our mobile app. It’s inexpensive ($X.XX), and helps us offset our costs.

The “Unified Calculation” will do all the calculations and either print the “Unified Form” or (if your situation is a “sole” calculation) will also give you the option to create, print, and email the DC-637 form. Click here to give it a try!
The results may be off by a dollar or so from the Unified form. EXCEPT there is one situation where it could be way more than a single dollar caused by rounding differences: The Unified Form and the DC 637, 638, and 640 forms it produces calculate credits related to SSDI disability payments after all other calculations and adjustments. We believe that this is the correct calculation under the statute. The old DC input forms calculate the SSDI adjustments and credits before the other adjustments. In this situation, you could end up with a different result when comparing the new print-only DC forms with the old DC input forms. Please use the unified input form!!
Use this form ONLY if one parent is with the child(ren) 90 “days” or less in a year. “Days” has a specific meaning in the Virginia Code so be sure to get advice on how to count your “days.” Use of this form indicates your acceptance of all risks. See notes at the bottom of the page! If you have ANY doubt about which calculator to look at, please consult your attorney!
Press the HELP button to get more detail on how to fill the form out.
Press the Enter Non-Monthly Amounts button so you can enter annual, monthly, weekly, etc. amounts in any field. When you use the Print Form button, you can print either the monthly amounts or the full detail as entered.
