Support Arrearage Calculators
If a court orders one party to pay a certain amount to another party and it doesn’t get paid as required, our support arrearage calculators help the parties, their attorneys, and the courts determine the amount still owed including interest if appropriate. In addition, if the parties have agreed on the amount of support to be paid and the amount is not paid consistently as required, the support arrearage calculators help the parties and their attorneys determine the outstanding balance, again including interest if appropriate.
Two Flavors
There are two versions of the support arrearage calculators. Use the one that’s most useful:
- Specific for Court Hearings, either an initial action to set support or a modification of a prior order. We believe this will be the most useful (and definitely simpler) calculator.
- Generic calculator that can have up to 4 orders (or agreed amounts) and dates and a prior balance going into the calculation period.
We NEED Feedback!!!
Please use this form to determine arrearages, BUT be sure to check the results against whatever method you used to calculate arrearages before this came along. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy!
PLEASE, PLEASE give us lots of feedback. What worked? What didn’t work? What worked but would have been easier if it were done a different way? Without the feedback, we won’t be able to correct and improve.
