It appears you’re using a browsing window that’s too narrow. We recommend having a width of at least 1228 pixels.
Use this Court Arrearage Calculator if a court orders one party to pay a certain amount to another party and it doesn’t get paid as required. The calculator handles two situations: 1) where there is an initial court order, or 2) where there’s an initial amount that subsequently has a modification.
If interest is also owed on the amount, you can specify whether interest is paid first or principal is paid first. If there’s no interest involved, the timing of payments doesn’t matter so you have the choice of entering individual payments or the total of all payments made.
Once all payments have been entered, you can print the results. You can also email them to up to 3 different email addresses so you have a record of the calculation.
Two Flavors
This version of the arrearage calculator has been simplified to use if you’re trying to figure out arrearages for an initial support case filing or if you’re trying to figure out the arrearage when there’s a support modification hearing.
If you need more flexibility, there’s a more generic calculator found here: Generic calculator.
Please Confirm Accuracy!!!
Please use this form to determine arrearages, BUT be sure to check the results against whatever method you used to calculate arrearages before this came along. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy!
